网络安全公司Palo Alto Networks正在就以超过200亿美元的价格收购身份管理软件制造商CyberArk 进行谈判。此举将成为Palo Alto Networks首席执行官Nikesh Arora上任以来最大的一笔收购。
CyberArk专注于身份管理，在竞争激烈的市场中面临微软、Okta和IBM等对手。此次潜在交易是网络安全行业整合趋势的一部分，此前已有思科收购Splunk和谷歌收购Wiz等大型并购案。
