人民财讯7月31日电，企查查APP显示，近日，福建金字半导体有限公司成立，注册资本1亿元，经营范围包含集成电路设计；集成电路制造；集成电路芯片及产品制造；人工智能应用软件开发等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由金字火腿(002515)全资持股。
