三安光电：800G光芯片产品已实现小批量出货
人民财讯8月1日电，三安光电(600703)8月1日在互动平台回复称，目前，公司的400G光芯片产品已实现批量出货，800G光芯片产品已实现小批量出货，1.6T光芯片产品处于研发阶段。
