赛微电子：控股子公司MEMS硅晶振通过验证并启动试产
人民财讯8月1日电，赛微电子(300456)8月1日晚间公告，近日，公司控股子公司赛莱克斯北京代工制造的某款MEMS（Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems的缩写，即微电子机械系统，简称为微机电系统）硅晶振通过了客户验证，赛莱克斯北京收到该客户发出的采购订单，启动首批MEMS硅晶振8英寸晶圆的小批量试生产。
