万达电影：莘县融智拟减持不超过2%公司股份
人民财讯8月1日电，万达电影(002739)8月1日晚间公告，持股4.33%的公司股东莘县融智兴业管理咨询中心（有限合伙）（简称“莘县融智”）拟集中竞价及大宗交易方式减持公司股份累计不超过4223.56万股，即不超过公司总股本的2%。
