人民财讯8月3日电，吉林省水利厅和吉林省气象局8月3日联合升级发布山洪灾害气象风险橙色预警：预计8月3日白天至4日白天，白山地区江源区、浑江区，通化地区通化县发生山洪灾害的可能性大，白山地区抚松县、靖宇县可能发生山洪灾害，吉林省水利厅、吉林省气象局联合提醒，注意防范。
