中旗新材：股东拟合计减持不超3%公司股份
人民财讯8月3日电，中旗新材(001212)8月3日晚间公告，公司股东海南羽明华及其一致行动人熊宏文计划在公告披露之日起十五个交易日后的三个月内（2025年8月25日—2025年11月24日）以集中竞价、大宗交易方式减持公司股份，减持股份数量合计不超过542.7万股，合计减持比例不超过剔除回购专用账户中股份数后公司总股本的3%。
