美国企业对特定智能电视提起337调查申请
人民财讯8月6日电，据商务部网站，2025年8月3日，美国Cerence Operating Company公司依据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定，向美国国际贸易委员会提出申请，指控对美出口、在美进口或在美销售的特定智能电视(Certain Smart Televisions)侵犯其专利权，请求发起337调查，并发布有限排除令和禁止令。美国、日本、墨西哥、越南、中国等国家的15家企业涉案。
