迪士尼旗下ESPN将收购NFL媒体资产
迪士尼旗下的ESPN与美国国家橄榄球联盟（NFL）达成一项里程碑式协议，ESPN将收购NFL Network和NFL Fantasy等NFL媒体资产。
作为交易的一部分，NFL将获得ESPN 10%的股权，该股权估值约为20亿至30亿美元。此交易尚需获得监管机构的批准。
此次收购将增强ESPN流媒体服务的吸引力，该服务预计将于本月推出。
