淘宝闪购客服回应系统出现故障
人民财讯8月7日电，记者发现，今日，多个社交平台上有用户表示淘宝闪购“崩了”。有用户声称“正配送着的餐也显示超出配送范围”，无法使用配送服务；也有用户表示，下单之后等待一个小时也没有骑手接单，订单也无法取消。
对此，淘宝闪购官方客服表示，系统APP出现故障，目前正陆续恢复中。
