泰坦股份：不提前赎回“泰坦转债”
人民财讯8月10日电，泰坦股份(003036)8月10日晚间公告，自7月21日至8月8日，公司股票已有15个交易日的收盘价不低于“泰坦转债”当期转股价格13.27元/股的130%，即17.25元/股，已触发“泰坦转债”有条件赎回条款。公司8月8日召开董事会会议，审议通过相关议案，自此次董事会审议通过后6个月内均不行使提前赎回权利。
