美联储主席鲍威尔在杰克逊霍尔全球央行年会上表示，美联储一致通过新的政策框架，采用灵活的通胀目标制，并取消了通胀“补偿”策略。
美联储仍认为，仅凭就业可能超过其最大可持续水平的不确定估算，并不一定需要收紧政策。
鲍威尔表示，先前的框架过于强调具体的经济状况，可能导致了一些混淆；新框架旨在适应各种经济状况。
