海南发布台风三级预警
人民财讯8月23日电，海南省气象局2025年8月23日16时00分提升台风四级预警为台风三级预警：今年第13号台风“剑鱼”（热带风暴级）23日15时其中心位于北纬17.6度、东经115.0度，也就是在距离海南省三亚市偏东方向约590公里的海面上。预计“剑鱼”将以每小时25～30公里的速度向偏西方向移动，强度逐渐增强，逐渐趋向于海南岛南部沿海，并将于24日下午到傍晚前后在海南岛南部沿海一带地区登陆或近海擦过（强台风级），之后趋向越南中北部沿海。
