知行科技入股灵眸智能科技公司
人民财讯8月25日电，企查查APP显示，近日，灵眸智能科技（苏州）有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本增至525万元，新增股东知行科技。目前，该公司由罗红、知行科技等共同持股，罗红为实际控制人。企查查显示，灵眸智能科技（苏州）有限公司成立于2025年3月，经营范围包含汽车零部件研发；汽车零配件批发；智能车载设备销售；人工智能应用软件开发等。
