宏盛华源：董事长赵启辞职
人民财讯8月28日电，宏盛华源(601096)8月28日晚间公告，董事会于近日收到公司董事长赵启递交的书面辞职报告，赵启因工作原因，申请辞去公司董事长、董事、董事会战略委员会主任委员职务，同时不再担任公司法定代表人。辞职后，赵启不在公司及公司控股子公司担任其他职务。
