光迅科技：今年硅光模块出货量达到历史高峰
人民财讯9月2日电，光迅科技(002281)9月1日在业绩说明会上表示，公司在早期就布局了硅光研发，2023年推出硅光模块，今年硅光模块出货量达到历史高峰；硅光产品相对于EML等技术更容易扩产，后续硅光模块比例还会逐步增加。
