人民财讯9月5日电，中梁控股(02772.HK)在港交所公告，2025年8月合约销售金额约9.6亿元，合约销售面积约96000平方米，合约销售均价约9900元/平方米。
1至8月，累计合约销售金额约82.9亿元，累计合约销售面积约79万平方米，合约销售均价约10500元/平方米。
