绿盟科技：股东拟减持不超1.63%公司股份
人民财讯9月7日电，绿盟科技(300369)9月7日晚间公告，公司持股1.97%的股东雷岩投资有限公司，计划于三个交易日后的三个月内，减持公司股份不超过1305.66万股（占公司总股本的1.63%）。减持方式为大宗交易、集中竞价交易或协议转让方式。减持原因为资金周转。
