中芯国际：董事会审议通过了购买中芯北方49%股权 A股股票9月9日开市起复牌
人民财讯9月8日电，中芯国际(688981)9月8日晚间公告，公司拟向国家集成电路基金等发行股份购买其所持有的中芯北方集成电路制造(北京)有限公司（简称“中芯北方”）49%的股权。公司A股股票自2025年9月1日开市起停牌。2025年9月8日，公司董事会审议通过了本次交易的相关议案。经公司申请，公司A股股票自2025年9月9日（星期二）开市起复牌。
