人民财讯9月12日电，财政部部长蓝佛安9月12日在国新办“高质量完成‘十四五’规划”系列主题新闻发布会上表示，“十四五”时期，全国一般公共预算安排教育支出20.5万亿元，社会保障和就业支出19.6万亿元，卫生健康支出10.6万亿元，住房保障支出4万亿元，加上其他领域支出，财政民生投入近100万亿元。
