美国ITC发布对光伏干线总线电缆部件及其组件的337部分终裁
人民财讯9月19日电，2025年9月18日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定光伏干线总线电缆部件及其组件（Certain Photovoltaic Trunk Bus Cable Assemblies and Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1438）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2025年8月19日作出的初裁（No.29）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止对美国注册专利号12,015,375第2-4、6、7、9、11、15-19、21-24项申诉和美国注册专利号12,015,376第2-6、9、13-16、18-20项申诉的调查。
