新益昌：提起重大诉讼 涉案金额约3855.87万元
人民财讯9月23日电，新益昌(688383)9月23日公告，公司与中顺半导体科技（攀枝花）有限公司（简称“中顺攀枝花”）签署了《购销合同》，公司如约供货，但中顺攀枝花却未按照合同约定支付货款。公司依法向攀枝花市仁和区法院提起诉讼，并于近日收到法院出具的受理案件通知书。涉案金额合计约3855.87万元。
