天安新材：董事沈耀亮之一致行动拟减持不超0.22%股份
人民财讯9月23日电，天安新材(603725)9月23日公告，公司股东梁凯虹、广东天耀进出口集团有限公司（简称“天耀集团”）拟通过集中竞价或大宗交易方式，分别减持公司股份不超过5.55万股、61.15万股，即不超过公司总股本的0.02%、0.2%。
梁凯虹、天耀集团与直接持股5%以上股东、公司董事沈耀亮存在一致行动关系，合计持股比例为5.93%。
