洲际航天科技拟更名为“中国技术集团有限公司”
洲际航天科技董事会建议将公司英文名称由「USPACE Technology Group Limited」更改为「China Strategic Technology Group Limited」，并采纳「中国技术集团有限公司」作为新的中文双重外文名称。此外，自2025年10月13日起，公司将新增谷林、张元启（均为执行董事）、姚新国及周谚筠（均为独立非执行董事）四位董事。
