京东外卖试点取消骑手超时罚款，全国25城已落地

京东外卖近日宣布，已在深圳、南京、哈尔滨、武汉等全国25个城市试点取消骑手订单超时罚款，改为启用“服务分”管理机制。根据试点规则，骑手若出现配送超时，将不再直接扣除现金，而是依据超时区间扣除相应服务分，推动管理方式从处罚约束向正向激励转变。
