中石科技：泰国孙公司签订《工厂建设项目EPC工程总承包合同》
人民财讯10月17日电，中石科技(300684)10月17日公告，公司设立于泰国的全资孙公司Jones Tech（Thailand）Co.,Ltd.（简称“泰国孙公司”）拟投资建设中石（泰国）精密制造项目。泰国孙公司与中建泰国及世源科技于近日正式签订《工厂建设项目EPC工程总承包合同》，约定由中建泰国及世源科技作为工厂建设项目EPC工程总承包方，合同金额为9.72亿泰铢，按《工程总承包合同》约定的泰铢与人民币换算汇率4.5440:1折算合同金额为2.14亿元人民币。
