歌尔股份：终止筹划股权收购事项
人民财讯10月17日电，歌尔股份(002241)10月17日公告，公司原拟以自有或自筹资金约104亿港元（折合人民币约95亿元）收购Luen Fung Commercial Holdings Limited（联丰商业集团有限公司）全资子公司MegaPrecision Technology Limited（米亚精密科技有限公司）及Channel Well IndustrialLimited（昌宏实业有限公司）100%股权。因交易双方未能就交易相关的关键条款达成一致意见，经公司审慎研究并与交易对方友好协商，决定终止筹划本次股权收购事项。本次终止筹划股权收购事项不会对公司的经营业绩及财务状况产生不利影响。
