南极电商等在上海成立文化创意公司
人民财讯10月23日电，企查查APP显示，近日，上海合光时代文化创意有限公司成立，法定代表人为胡佳敏，经营范围包含：文艺创作；品牌管理；组织文化艺术交流活动；数字内容制作服务（不含出版发行）等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由南极电商等共同持股。
