人民财讯11月7日电，《中国国际进口博览会溢出效应指数研究报告（2025）》（以下简称《报告》）11月7日在第八届中国国际进口博览会上发布。《报告》提到，进博会已成为国家制度型开放“试验田”。虽然中国实际使用外资下降，但外资结构持续优化，中国仍稳居全球三大投资优选地之列。
