晋控电力：拟2.66亿元向晋北能源公司转让同赢热电51%股权
人民财讯11月18日电，晋控电力(000767)11月18日公告，公司拟向晋能控股晋北能源（山西）有限公司（以下简称“晋北能源公司”）转让下属全资子公司晋控电力山西同赢热电有限责任公司（以下简称“同赢热电”）51%股权，转让价格为2.66亿元。本次交易拟采用非公开协议转让方式。
