海南矿业：海钢集团拟减持不超过0.75%公司股份
人民财讯11月20日电，海南矿业(601969)11月20日公告，公司持股24.88%的股东海南海钢集团有限公司（简称“海钢集团”）拟通过集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份不超过1500万股，即不超过公司总股本的0.75%。
