消息面上，12月15日，时代中国控股发布公告，宣布撤销清盘呈请。公告显示，时代中国董事会宣布，于各方以同意传票方式提出联合申请后，高等法院已于2025年12月15日颁令撤销呈请。于本公告日期，概无针对时代中国的待决清盘呈请。
