人民财讯12月25日电，住建部消息，2025年，全国计划新开工改造城镇老旧小区2.5万个。根据各地统计上报数据，1-11月份，全国新开工改造城镇老旧小区2.58万个。分地区看，北京、天津、河北、内蒙古、辽宁、吉林、上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、福建、江西、山东、广西、海南、重庆、贵州、云南、西藏、陕西、甘肃、青海等22个地区和新疆生产建设兵团已完成年度城镇老旧小区改造计划。
