山东章鼓：因涉嫌定期报告财务信披违法违规被证监会立案
人民财讯12月31日电，山东章鼓(002598)12月31日公告，公司于近日收到中国证监会下发的《立案告知书》，因涉嫌定期报告财务信息披露违法违规，中国证监会决定对公司进行立案。目前，公司各项生产经营活动正常有序开展，本次立案不会对公司生产、经营和管理造成重大影响。
