恒帅股份：实控人及其一致行动人拟合计减持公司不超2.83%股份
人民财讯1月21日电，恒帅股份(300969)1月21日公告，公司实控人俞国梅计划以集中竞价和大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过242万股(占公司总股本的2.16%)；其一致行动人宁波玉米计划以集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份不超过75.48万股(占公司总股本的0.67%)。上述减持主体合计减持股份不超2.83%。
