【华泰证券：拟增资国际子公司90亿港元】财联社1月23日电，华泰证券(601688.SH)公告称，经董事会审议通过，同意向全资子公司华泰国际金融控股有限公司（简称“华泰国际”）增资不超过90亿港元，用于支持各项境外业务发展。
