博众精工：股东拟减持不超过1%公司股份
人民财讯1月28日电，博众精工(688097)1月28日公告，公司持股5.43%的股东天津信科弘创股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)（简称“信科弘创”）因自身资金需求，拟通过集中竞价方式，减持其持有的公司股份不超过446.65万股，减持比例不超过公司股份总数的1%。
