人民财讯1月30日电，利扬芯片(688135)1月30日公告，公司拟定增募资不超9.7亿元在扣除相关发行费用后的募集资金净额将全部用于东城利扬芯片集成电路测试项目、晶圆激光隐切项目（一期）、异质叠层先进封装工艺研发项目、补充流动资金及偿还银行贷款。
