中南文化：拟收购苏龙热电控股权 2月13日停牌
人民财讯2月12日电，中南文化(002445)2月12日公告，公司正在筹划通过发行股份及支付现金的方式购买江阴苏龙热电有限公司(简称“苏龙热电”)控股权并募集配套资金。公司股票自2月13日开市起停牌，预计在不超过10个交易日内披露本次交易方案。若公司未能在上述期限内披露交易方案，公司证券最晚将于2026年3月9日(星期一)开市起复牌并终止筹划相关事项。
