中胤时尚：控股子公司拟938.5万美元采购硬件仿真加速器及配件
人民财讯2月12日电，中胤时尚(300901)2月12日公告，基于控股子公司英诺云日常生产经营的需要，向Cadence Design Systems, Inc.（股票代码CDNS，简称“Cadence公司”）采购硬件仿真加速器及配件，并签署相关协议，采购金额为938.5万美元（不含税，含税后约为人民币7366万元）。英诺云购买硬件仿真加速器主要用于开展主营业务。
