长芯博创：拟3.75亿元收购上海鸿辉光联通讯技术有限公司93.8108%股权
人民财讯2月24日电，长芯博创(300548)2月24日公告，公司与上海鸿辉光通科技股份有限公司签订《股权收购意向书》，公司拟收购上海鸿辉光联通讯技术有限公司93.8108%的股权，目标股权转让的暂定意向价格为3.75亿元，公司拟通过本次收购实现公司产品在光学器件上游领域的拓展。
