微芯生物：董事长提议8000万元至1.2亿元回购股份
人民财讯2月27日电，微芯生物(688321)2月27日公告，公司董事长XIANPING LU博士提议公司以自有资金和自筹资金回购已发行的部分人民币普通股（A股）股票，在未来适宜时机全部用于员工持股计划或股权激励，本次回购资金总额不低于8000万元（含），不超过1.2亿元（含）。
