人民财讯3月9日电，3月9日，脉脉发布的《2026年1月—2月中高端人才求职招聘洞察》显示，今年1—2月招聘市场整体回暖，春招市场呈现“岗位增加、薪资上升、竞争趋缓”的趋势。新经济行业岗位量同比增长12.77%，其中AI人才争夺成为招聘主战场，相关岗位量同比增长12倍，平均月薪达60738元，较新经济行业平均月薪48189元高出约26%。
