人民财讯3月18日电，华达科技(603358)3月18日公告，持股6.53%的股东暨董事兼总经理葛江宏计划以自有或自筹资金通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价或大宗交易的方式增持公司股份，预计累计增持金额不低于1500万元，不超过3000万元，本次增持计划增持价格不超过55元/股。
