雅化集团：签署五年期锂辉石精矿采购协议
人民财讯3月25日电，雅化集团(002497)3月25日公告，近日公司与MGLIT EMPREENDIMENTOS LTDA（简称“MGLIT公司”或“卖方”）签订《承购和销售协议》，雅化集团将在MGLIT公司锂辉石精矿稳定生产后五年内向MGLIT公司采购锂辉石精矿。每个合同年卖方应向雅化集团出售和交付至少12万干公吨锂辉石精矿产品。该协议的签署将为公司锂盐产品生产带来多渠道的资源保障。
