高乐股份：拟定向募资不超8.54亿元 用于补充流动资金
人民财讯4月3日电，高乐股份(002348)4月3日公告，公司拟向特定对象北京黎曼星图科技合伙企业（有限合伙）发行不超过1.33亿股（含本数）股票，发行价格为6.44元/股，募集资金总额不超过8.54亿元。扣除发行费用后募集资金净额拟全部用于补充流动资金。
