福莱特：2026年拟回购不超10%公司H股
人民财讯4月8日电，福莱特(601865)4月8日公告，拟于2026年度回购公司部分H股股份，并为此向公司股东会申请一般性授权。回购股份占公司已发行H股股份总数不超过10%，任何回购日的回购价格不能等于或高于之前五个交易日在联交所的H股平均收市价105%。
