春兴精工：拟转让印度春兴100%股权
人民财讯4月8日电，春兴精工(002547)4月8日公告，公司通过直接及间接方式共计持有春兴精工（印度）有限公司（以下简称“印度春兴”）100%股权，拟向Credicon Asset Management Pvt.Ltd.（简称“克雷迪康”）转让前述股权、同步安排清偿公司及公司子公司对印度春兴享有的债权，并于近日与其签署了《附条件条款清单》。
