耐科装备：2026年公司半导体封装装备海外销售将显著提升
人民财讯4月8日电，耐科装备(688419)近日在接待机构调研中表示，公司半导体封装装备主要以国内销售为主，2025年海外市场已形成少量销售，但销量不大。根据在手订单情况，2026年海外销售将有显著提升。
