人民财讯4月9日电，4月9日，广州1宗荔湾区涉宅用地出让，土地出让面积25859.31平方米，规划建筑面积55904.67平方米，起始价13.98亿元，起始楼面价25000元/平方米。该地块吸引了2家竞买人参与竞价，经过10轮竞价，最终由金茂以总价14.88亿元竞得，成交楼面价26610元/平方米，溢价率6.44%。
